WHO ARE WE?

Dim Sum Entertainment is an independent audiovisual production company based in Paris, founded by Thomas Plessis, Fred Testot, Ahmed Hamidi, Jeanne Granveaud and Laurent Borey.  Driven by a common requirement, she gives life to stories that resonate, with comedy at the heart of her DNA. Dim Sum claims a singular and daring approach, choosing to stray from the beaten path to create truly unique works.

WHAT DO WE DO

We create and produce series, scripted shows, movies, documentaries, unscripted programs and podcasts for TV, streaming platforms and digital media, with the ambition to touch, surprise and amuse, regardless of the format. With our PLAN CUT label, we also support brands in the creation of content, podcasts, branded documentaries, and advertising films with the same signature: a strong idea, a precise narrative framework and an impeccable execution.

HOW DOES IT WORK

It all starts with a story. We listen, we structure, we support at each stage: development (writing, artistic direction), production (preparation, shooting), post-production (editing, mixing, calibration) and distribution. On the brand side, we align goals, tone and format from the podcast to the advertising movie. A single point of contact, controlled steps, a precise schedule, and the same requirement, from the first brief to the last image.
